We have an entire team of specially trained people who work with your child on a day-to-day basis. They're all BACB certified and thoroughly assessed by our staff, so you can rest assured that they'll be able to provide the best therapy possible. Our staff give and receive ongoing trainings so that they're practicing the most up-to-date evidence-based practices.
The individuals delivering this service are called "behavior technicians" or BTs for short. Their duties are to deliver the interventions that a BCBA has designed. They're collecting and reporting behavior data to ensure that we have a good path to progress. A behavior technician receives training and supervision every week by a supervisor.
