Board Certified Behavior Analysts



The board certified behavioral analysts are highly trained to reduce undesired behavior and increase functional, adaptive behaviors in a fun engaging manner. The BCBA's work closely with families they serve as well as applying principles of behavioral science together on each individual patient undergoing treatment so that progress can be accurately monitored and is meaningful to the child and their family.



Physical Therapists



Pediatric physical therapists provide support services for children from birth up until 21 years old while also striving towards restoring movement skills lost due disabilities or injuries sustained during childhood. Bright Minds' physical therapists aim to maximize your child's independence and confidence in their movements.

Becoming a registered behavior technician



We have an entire team of specially trained people who work with your child on a day-to-day basis. They're all BACB certified and thoroughly assessed by our staff, so you can rest assured that they'll be able to provide the best therapy possible! The individuals delivering this service are called "registered behavior technicians" or RBTs for short.


How to Become an RBT


What you need:

High school diploma

Pass the board certification exam

Pass a background check

Pass a competency test administered by an in-house BCBA

Complete a 40-hour training


Steps on becoming credentialed:

First complete a 40 hour training, done by Autism Partnerships Foundations
