We have an entire team of specially trained people who work with your child on a day-to-day basis. They're all BACB certified and thoroughly assessed by our staff, so you can rest assured that they'll be able to provide the best therapy possible! The individuals delivering this service are called "registered behavior technicians" or RBTs for short.
How to Become an RBT
What you need:
High school diploma
Pass the board certification exam
Pass a background check
Pass a competency test administered by an in-house BCBA
Complete a 40-hour training
Steps on becoming credentialed:
First complete a 40 hour training, done by Autism Partnerships Foundations
